Advanced powder production technologies delivering consistent, reliable, and cost-effective powders

Our Water Atomised Metal Powders are manufactured using a controlled high-pressure water atomisation process involves high-pressure water jets breaking molten metal into fine droplets that solidify rapidly, producing powders with irregular particle morphology, excellent compressibility, and consistent physical and chemical properties.

Air atomisation uses compressed air as the atomising medium, producing powders with irregular to semi-spherical particle shapes. Gas Atomised Metal Powders are produced by disintegrating a stream of molten metal using high-velocity inert gas jets such as nitrogen or argon, resulting in powders with highly spherical particle morphology.

Reduced Metal Powders are produced through a controlled solid-state chemical reduction of metal oxides, resulting in powders with a highly porous, irregular particle structure. This unique morphology provides excellent compressibility, green strength, and sintering performance.

Electrolytic Metal Powders are produced through a controlled electrochemical deposition process, resulting in powders with a highly dendritic, flake-like particle morphology and exceptionally high surface area. These characteristics provide excellent electrical conductivity, reactivity, and bonding behavior.
We offer both Air Atomised and Gas Atomised powders, each optimized for different applications and performance requirements. Air atomisation provides an economical route for large-volume applications, while Gas atomisation delivers superior spherical morphology and purity for precision applications.
